Responsible of achieving monthly collection/recovery targets.

Manning ERP system efficiently following the policies and procedures

Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to all customers.

Responsible of all customer inquiries are attended on time and provide timely solutions.

Supporting and the team to achieve maximum productivity/performance.

අවශ්‍යතා

Minimum 4 Years of experience in the field of payment collection/ recovery and customer service ideally in the real estate sector.

GCE A/L

Very good mathematical skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.

Ability to build strong client relationships.

Effective problem-solving skills.
