MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible of achieving monthly collection/recovery targets.
  • Manning ERP system efficiently following the policies and procedures
  • Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered to all customers.
  • Responsible of all customer inquiries are attended on time and provide timely solutions.
  • Supporting and the team to achieve maximum productivity/performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 4 Years of experience in the field of payment collection/ recovery and customer service ideally in the real estate sector.
  • GCE A/L 
  • Very good mathematical skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
  • Ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
