JOB ROLEDrafting, checking & executing agreements to sell and purchase supplementary sale agreements, Power of Attorneys, Deed of assignments, deeds of transfers and other legal documents in both Sinhala & English languages.Engaging with customers professionally attending to their requirements/queries etcCorresponding with Banks as and when needed.Engaging any other legal work assigned by the Superior. Conduct title search & draft title reports. Present at land registry and other related authorities when required.JOB SPECIFICATIONAn attorney- at- Law.Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the legal sector. Previous experience in handling legal matters related to conveyancing in a real estate sector with company secretary experience will be an added advantage.Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.Having a notary license in Colombo area in Sinhala & English.Ability to take high level of responsibility and maintain confidentiality. Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
