JOB ROLE Preparation of BOQ for new projects Preparation of internal budgets & bill of materials Checking IPAs, Variations & Claims Monitoring the client supply material Preparation of rates budgets and negotiate with contractors Preparation of tender documents and contract documents Checking all the payment requisitions of sites JOB SPECIFICATION Minimum 06 Years’ experience in the field of Construction. Should be a BSc Degree holder from a recognized university Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills Ability to priorities and multitask Effective problem-solving skills A team player with a positive attitude and should be able to work under minimum supervision
