Position Highlights:

  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients.
  • 1+ year of telesales experience (an added advantage).
  • Fluent in both Sinhala & English, with strong verbal and written communication skills (Tamil language would be an added advantage)
  • A passion for sales paired with excellent customer service skills.
  • A proactive, goal – oriented mindset, driven by excellence.
