Role Description
This is a full-time Sales Specialist
- Real Estate role located on-site in Sri Lanka. The Sales Specialist will be
responsible for achieving sales targets, building and maintaining client
relationships, identifying potential buyers, and promoting properties that meet
their needs. Day-to-day tasks include managing sales inquiries, conducting
property tours, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing expert
insights on real estate opportunities. The role also involves contributing to sales
strategies and effectively fulfilling sales targets.
3+ years of experience in the sales field.
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and deliver exceptional service.
Proficiency in Sales techniques, including identifying client needs and closing deals effectively.
Proven ability to meet sales targets and work within a team-driven and customer-focused environment.
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in local languages and knowledge of the Sri Lankan real estate market is beneficial.
