ප්රධාන වගකීම්

This is a full-time, on site role for a Client Relationship Manager in Sri Lanka. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, involving in sales, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored real estate solutions, managing client communications, and driving client retention and growth. Additionally, the role includes achieving sales targets, attending business promotions events and meetings, product presentation, and staying updated on market and company offerings.

අවශ්‍යතා

Strong interpersonal & communication skills.

Experience in client relationship management and customer service.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Understanding of the real estate market and company products.

Proficiency in preparing reports and presentations.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Professional demeanor and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
