Maintenance Manager

ප්රධාන වගකීම්

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities of company properties, buildings, equipment and facilities.

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure timely completion.

Supervise maintenance staff, technicians and external contractors.

Identify maintenance requirements, breakdowns and safety concerns and ensure timely corrective action.

Monitor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical and other building services.

Manage maintenance costs, materials and service providers effectively.

Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, repairs and service contracts.

Carry out any other duties and special assignments as assigned by management.

අවශ්‍යතා

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or a related field.

Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in the property/construction industry.

Experience in supervising maintenance teams and contractors.

Good knowledge of building services, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Willingness to travel between sites and work beyond normal working hours when required.
