Job Responsibilities
Leading the full project lifecycle by independently managing, planning, and monitoring all construction activities with minimal supervision
Check BOQ, Engineering estimate , tender document, and relevant payments
Coordinate with Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Local Authorities
Ensuring site health & safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Monitor site progress, quality control and risk management
Job Specifications
Minimum 08-10 Years’ experience in similar capacity
BSc in civil Engineering or equivalent qualification with a corporate membership from a recognized professional institution
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent knowledge of construction methods, project management tools, and relevant regulations
Ability to manage multiple sites or projects is a plus
High degree of self-motivation and strong interpersonal skills
