Job Role

Conduct title searches, draft title reports & recommending titles of properties to the Management.

Drafting, checking & executing agreements power of Attorneys, Deed of assignments, deeds of transfers and other legal documents in both Sinhala & English languages.

Engaging with customers professionally attending to their requirements and client services.

Position Pre – requisite

An Attorney at law and having a notary license in Colombo area in Sinhala & English is a must.

Minium 5 years of experience in Real Estate Conveyancing, Company Secretarial functions & other property related legal duties.

Ability to multi – Task, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision

Ability to take high level of responsibility and maintain Confidentiality.

Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
