JOB ROLE
Efficiently follow up on all land-related inquiries, ensuring smooth and timely responses to potential buyers and stakeholders.
Assist the approvals team by coordinating with key regulatory bodies (UDA, CEA, SLLRDC, Fragmentation Board) to obtain necessary permits and documents.
Work closely with surveyors to manage land surveys and plans, ensuring accurate mapping and boundary details.
Assisting in resolving customer complaints related to land boundaries and plans with a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role, preferably in Real Estate industry.
Ability to build strong client relationships with excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with regulatory documentation processes related to the property management is a plus.
Proficiency in navigating a computerized environment is an added advantage.
