MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining information security policies, procedures, SOPs, and compliance documentation.
  • Support ongoing ISMS activities to ensure continued compliance with ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing evidence for internal audits, Risk assessments/ reviews and compliance assessments.
  • Support information security risk assessments by collecting relevant information and maintaining risk registers.
  • Assist in monitoring compliance requirements and tracking corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain required information, documents, and evidence.
  • Assist in maintaining GRC records, registers, reports, and project documentation.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–6 months of experience in GRC, information security, IT audit, compliance, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of ISO/IEC 27001 and information security principles.
  • Familiarity with documentation, compliance activities, or risk management concepts is an advantage.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to learn, follow established procedures, and work under the guidance of senior team members.
  • A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in IT, Cybersecurity, Information Security, or a related field is preferred.
