MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, execute and deliver construction projects on time, within scope and budget.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
  • Manage resources, risks and changes to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and build long-term professional relationships.

REQUIREMENTS

  • BSc Engineering Degree (Civil).
  • Chartered Engineer (IESL) / MSc in Construction Management or related field – Added Advantage.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a similar capacity as Project Manager.
  • Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Sound knowledge of project management tools and construction methods.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
