MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct title searches, draft title reports & recommending titles of properties to the Management.
  • Drafting, checking & executing agreements power of Attorneys, Deed of assignments, deeds of transfers and other legal documents in both Sinhala & English languages.
  • Engaging with customers professionally attending to their requirements and client services

REQUIREMENTS

  • An Attorney at law and having a notary license in Colombo area in Sinhala & English is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Real estate conveyancing, company secretarial functions & other property related legal duties.
  • Ability to multi – Task, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to take high level of responsibility and maintain Confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
