MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and support the daily activities of the sales team
  • Manage customer inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
  • Prepare sales reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Track sales orders and ensure accurate documentation
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
  • Preparing and delivering product presentations to the clients.
  • Maintain and update SAP systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support
