MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate with end users for 1st level support.
Install, configure and maintain end user computers/ devices.
Coordinating IT requirements with internal/ external stakeholders.
Provide functional level assistance for SAP users.
Manage and coordinate IT procurement.
Conduct periodic inventory audits and ensure that all IT assets are recorded and effectively used.

REQUIREMENTS

Should possess a Diploma in IT or equivalent from a recognized university.
Excellent communication in English and strong interpersonal skills.
Effective problem-solving skills.
A team player with a positive attitude.
