Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Engagement Associate located in Colombo 08. The Customer Engagement Associate will be responsible for customer support, improving customer experience, providing exceptional customer service, sales assistance, and training customers on various products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service skills

Sales and Training skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a team and independently

Experience in a similar role in the real estate or customer service industry is preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
