Description

JOB ROLE


  • Drafting, checking & executing agreements to sell and purchase supplementary sale agreements, Power of Attorneys, Deed of assignments, deeds of transfers and other legal documents in both Sinhala & English languages.
  • Engaging with customers professionally attending to their requirements/queries etc
  • Corresponding with Banks as and when needed.
  • Engaging any other legal work assigned by the Superior. 
  • Conduct title search & draft title reports. 
  • Present at land registry and other related authorities when required.


JOB SPECIFICATION


  • An attorney- at- Law.
  • Minimum of 4 years of work experience in the legal sector. 
  • Previous experience in handling legal matters related to conveyancing in a real estate sector with company secretary experience will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
  • Having a notary license in Colombo area in Sinhala & English.
  • Ability to take high level of responsibility and maintain confidentiality. 
  • Excellent communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
