Pay Rs.100,000/= for the reservation and pay Rs. 325,000/= within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle down payment.
If the full payment is settled within a month from the date of reservation a discount of
Rs. 1,500/= per perch will be given.
Pay 40% of the land value and pay the balance within 06 months interest free.
Easy payable bank loan facility
Pay 40% of the land value and complete the balance through a bank loan (we will arrange the bank loan for you)
Exclusive “prime easy payment”scheme (PEP)
Our PEP scheme is a unique payment system which is flexible for you.
Pay 60% of the total value and enter this scheme.
