Super Bonus
Pay Rs.100,000/= for reservation and pay Rs.260,000/= within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle down payment
If the full payment is settled within a month from the date of reservation a discount of Rs.2500/= per perch will be given. Pay 60% of the land value and pay the balance within 06 months interest free
Easy payable bank loan facility
Settle 40% of the land value and pay the balance through a bank loan (we will arrange the bank loan for you)
(Monthly installment would be Rs.6400/= onwards)

Our PEP scheme is a unique payment system which is flexible for you. Pay 60% of the total value and enter this scheme
