Pay Rs.50,000/- for reservation & pay Rs. 145,000/- within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment.

If the full payment is settled within a month from the date of reservation a discount of Rs.1000/- per perch will be given.

Exclusive "Prime Easy Payment Scheme" (PEP)

Pay Rs.50,000/- for reservation & pay 60% of the total amount within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment & go for the PEP.

Easy payable Bank Loan Facility

Pay Rs.50,000/- for reservation & pay Rs.145,000/- within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment. Balance could settle by a bank loan. (Monthly installment Rs.2990/- upwards)
