If the full payment is settled within a month from the date of reservation a discount of Rs.2,000/- per perch will be given. Or pay 60% of the land value and pay the balance within 06 months interest free period.

Easy payable Bank Loan Facility

Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation & pay Rs.195,000/-within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment. Balance can be arrange though a bank loan.

Exclusive "Prime Easy Payment Scheme" (PEP)

Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation & pay Rs.40% within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment & pay the balance with PEP.
