Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation & pay Rs.200,000/-within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment. 

If the full payment is settled within a month from the date of reservation a discount of Rs.1,500/- per perch will be given. Or pay 60% of the land value and pay the balance within 06 months interest free period.

Exclusive "Prime Easy Payment Scheme" (PEP)

Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation & pay 60% of the total amount within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment & go for the PEP.

Easy payable Bank Loan Facility

Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation & pay Rs.200,000/-within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment.Balance could settle by a bank loan. (Monthly installment Rs.4900/- onwards)
