Pay 60% of the land value and pay the balance within 06 months of interest free period from the date of reservation.

Easy payable bank loan facility 

Settle 40% of the land value and pay the balance through a bank loan (we will arrange the bank loan for you)

Our PEP scheme is a unique payment system which is flexible for you. 

Pay 60% from the total value and pay the balance within 3 years.
