Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation & pay Rs.400,000/-within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment. 

If the full payment is settled within a month from the date of reservation a discount of Rs.5,000/- per perch will be given. Or pay 60% of the land value and pay the balance within 06 months interest free period.

Easy payable Bank Loan Facility

Pay Rs.100,000/- for reservation and pay 40% of the land value within 14 days from the date of reservation to settle the down payment & pay the balance through a bank loan. (We will arrange the bank loan for you.)

Pur PEP scheme is a unique payment system which is extremely flexible.

Pay 60% of the total value within 30days from the date of reservation & settle the balance with PEP.
